Nikki Gregg, SUP Fitness Pioneer and all-around Stand Up Paddling athlete, recently joined the BIC SUP team. In this video she talks about some of the reasons she’s so excited to be part of BIC SUP.

About Nikki: Nikki’s life is based on a solid foundation of proper health, nutrition and an active lifestyle. “When I was a kid, my dad had a second job at our local fitness club so that our family could enjoy free access. I was always there absorbing all the latest fitness trends. The gym was like my second home.” Nikki has over 13 years of experience as a professional in the fitness industry and her comprehensive and effective approach to helping her clients makes her a highly sought after trainer.

While living and training on the north shore of Oahu in 2007, Nikki discovered stand up paddling as a new way to enjoy the ocean and found that it got her super fit and her clients began to notice. Nikki then developed one of the very first Stand Up Paddle fitness programs and is known as a pioneer within the industry, particularly in SUP fitness and whitewater.
